The Election Commission of Bhutan regrets to have to draw the attention of the general public and specifically, the voters of Bjena Gewog under Wangdue Phodrang Dzongkhag to the tragic event related to late Pema Yangzom, the Mangmi Candidate and advise those postal voters who have not yet posted their Postal Ballots to indicate their vote for either of the two contesting Candidates for the post of Mangmi of the said Gewog.
In case of those who have already sent their Postal Ballots with the vote cast in support of the late Candidate, will have to be nullified.
