The Election Commission of Bhutan is pleased to announce the results of the recruitment for the posts of Assistant Dzongkhag Electoral Registration Officers and Assistant ICT Officer, conducted from 28 April to 01 May 2026.
Selected candidates are required to submit a valid drug test report along with all other documents specified in the vacancy announcement. In-service candidates must additionally submit an Audit Clearance and No Objection Certificate from their parent organization.
In accordance with the ECB-SRR 2025, Chapter 4 (Recruitment, Selection and Appointment), Section 4.3.6.7, if a selected candidate withdraws or a similar vacancy arises within six months from the endorsement of the results by the HRC, the post may be offered to the next candidate in order of merit, subject to meeting the prescribed minimum cut-off percentage.
All selected candidates are required to report to the Human Resource Division of the Election Commission of Bhutan on 12 May 2026. Any queries or requests for clarification regarding the results must be submitted no later than 06 May 2026, 5:00 PM via email to tpenjor@ecb.bt.
