This is to inform all candidates registered for the Re-Test of the Functional Literacy and Possession of Skills Test (FLT) that the venues for the three test centers have been confirmed as follows:

The test schedule is as follows:
* 24 October 2026 (Morning): Functional Competency Assessment (FCA)/Written Test for both Level I and Level II candidates.
* 24 October 2026 (Afternoon): Functional Competency Engagement (FCE)/Viva Voce for Level II candidates.
* 25 and 26 October 2026: Functional Competency Engagement (FCE) for Level I candidates.
Please note that the sequence of candidates for the FCE will be determined through randomisation.
Important Reminders
1. All candidates must bring their original Citizenship Identity Card (CID) for identity verification at the test centre.
2. Candidates are permitted to bring and use their own non-programmable calculators in FCA/Written Test. However, borrowing or lending calculators among candidates inside the examination hall is strictly prohibited.
3. All the candidates are required to report to the respective test centre on or before 8:30 A.M of 24 October 2026 without fail.
All candidates are requested to take note of the respective test venue, schedule and timing and make the necessary arrangements to attend the test accordingly.
