The Election Commission of Bhutan is pleased to announce the results of the recruitment for the post of Driver, following the interview and practical assessment conducted on August 12, 2026.
The selected candidate shall undergo a drug test prior to appointment and is required to submit the valid drug test report, along with all other documents specified in the vacancy announcement, to the Human Resource Division. The appointment shall be subject to the submission of the required documents and fulfilment of all prescribed requirements.
In accordance with the ECB-SRR 2025, Chapter 4 (Recruitment, Selection and Appointment), Section 4.3.6.7, should the selected candidate withdraw from the appointment, or should a similar vacancy arise within six months from the date of endorsement of the results by the Human Resource Committee (HRC), the post may be offered to the next candidate in order of merit, subject to the candidate meeting the prescribed minimum cut-off percentage.
The selected candidate is required to report to the Human Resource Division, Election Commission of Bhutan, on August 17, 2026, for completion of the appointment formalities and submission/verification of the required documents.
