The Election Commission of Bhutan, in obedience to the Royal Decree of His Majesty The Druk Gyalpo issued on 14th May, 2021 and in pursuance to Sections 577 and 579 of the Election Act of the Kingdom of Bhutan 2008, hereby issue this notification for Bye-Elections to Monggar and Nganglam National Assembly Demkhongs under Monggar and Pema Gatshel Dzongkhags, respectively.
