The Election Commission of Bhutan hereby notifies the registered Voters of Thimphu, Phuentshogling and Gelegphu Thromdes eligible for Postal Ballot under Section 331 of the Election Act of the Kingdom of Bhutan, 2008 to register your details as per Annexure (Format for PV Registration) to the nearest Dzongkhag Election Office on or before 20th of December 2015 to avail Postal Ballots for the upcoming Thromde Elections 2016.
