Election Commissioner Aum Deki Pema, will be attending the 1st Seoul International Forum on Elections 2015 on 13th and 14th May 2015.
The Forum 2015 will be focusing on three themes:
- The Current Status of ODA Dedicated to Democracy and Elections;
- Promoting the Political Rights of Minorities ; and
- The Role of Political Parties in Resolving Social Conflicts.
The Forum is hosted by the National Election Commission (NEC) of the Republic of Korea and the objective is to bring global experts in the field of elections and the democracy together to discuss issues that are at the center of election management and democratization as well as to promote international cooperation in election management.
