The Election Commission of Bhutan (ECB) hereby notifies the registered voters of Thimphu and Phuentshogling Thromdes eligible for postal ballot facilities under Section 331 of the Election Act of the Kingdom of Bhutan, 2008, to register for the postal ballot facility for the upcoming Thromde Elections, 2026.
