Pursuant to Sections 577 and 579 of the Election Act of the Kingdom of Bhutan, 2008, the Election Commission of Bhutan (ECB), hereby calls Bye-Election to fill up the Gewog Tshogde Tshogpa post at Changche_Matshigpogto Chiwog of Gase Tshogongm Gewog under Wangdue Phodrang Dzongkhag due to voluntary resignation by the incumbent Tshogpa.
