The Election Commission of Bhutan, pursuant to Notification No. ECB/NOTIF-01/2025-2026/2752 dated 4th June 2026 and in accordance with Section 118 of the Election Act of the Kingdom of Bhutan, 2008, is pleased to issue the Final Electoral Roll for the Thromde Elections, 2026.
Following the incorporation of changes received from the Dzongkhags and individual voters during the Claims and Objections period from 5th to 14th June 2026, the Final Electoral Roll comprises a total of 10,309 registered voters, of whom 4,806 are Male and 5,503 are Female, as of 1st April 2026, the qualifying date for the Thromde Elections, 2026.
The Thromde-wise distribution of registered voters is as follows:

Voters may verify their voter registration status and polling station information through the Election Commission of Bhutan’s online voter verification portal: https://berms.ecb.bt/enrollment/check
The Final Electoral Roll may also be inspected at the respective Dzongkhag Election Offices, the Offices of the Returning Officers, or at the Election Commission of Bhutan Head Office, Kawangjangsa, Thimphu.
