This is for the information of all registered voters that the Election Commission of Bhutan (ECB) has extended the last date for registration of postal ballot till 5:00 P.M of 10th November, 2021. This is being done in order to facilitate higher postal ballot registration and thereby reduce crowding on the poll day which is necessary given the current pandemic situation and to mitigate the risks of Covid-19 local transmission.
Therefore, the ECB would like to urge all the interested registered voters to kindly register for the postal ballot online through ECB website: https://berms.ecb.bt/postal/registration.
