The Election Commission of Bhutan (ECB) hereby declares the results of the Functional Literacy and Possession of Skills Test (FLT) conducted for the Second Phase of the Fourth Local Government Elections, 2027.
The Functional Competency Assessment (FCA) was conducted on 1 September 2026, followed by the Functional Competency Engagement (FCE) from 2 to 4 September 2026. The FLT assessed the functional competencies required of candidates intending to contest the upcoming Local Government Elections.
