The Election Commission of Bhutan (ECB) joins the nation in commemorating the 118 years of the sacred institution of Monarchy in the Kingdom of Bhutan. On this auspicious 118th National Day, the ECB extends its heartfelt felicitations and deep reverence to the farsighted, wise and benevolent leadership of our successive Kings and offers prayers for the continued peace, prosperity and well-being of the Kingdom under the enduring guidance of the Wangchuck Dynasty.
