The Election Commission of Bhutan commemorated its Inauguration Day, marking 20 years of dedicated service to the Tsa-Wa-Sum. The milestone provided an opportunity to reflect on two decades of strengthening democratic processes, upholding constitutional mandates, and fostering public trust through integrity, professionalism, and impartiality.
The programme was graced by the Hon’ble Commissioners and attended by officials from both the Head Office and Dzongkhag Election Offices, reflecting the collective spirit of the ECB family. The celebration was further enriched by reflections and testimonials shared by colleagues from the Head Office and Dzongkhag Election Offices, highlighting shared experiences, institutional growth, and commitment to public service.
The occasion also featured the formal acknowledgment of the well-deserved promotions of two dedicated colleagues, recognizing their commitment, exemplary service, and continued contributions to the growth and effectiveness of the Commission. An interactive quiz session, followed by the award of prizes to the winners, added an engaging and meaningful dimension to the program.
As the Commission marks this significant milestone, the ECB family reaffirms to uphold democratic values and continue serving the Tsa-Wa-Sum with unwavering dedication, accountability, and integrity in the years ahead.
