The first-ever Final Delimitation Order No. DC/CHAIR/2007/637 was issued on 26 th of March 2007 by the Delimitation Commission of Bhutan established under Article 24 (4) of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Bhutan. In pursuance of Section 90 of the Election Act of the Kingdom of Bhutan, 2008 requiring review and necessary revision to be carried out after every ten years, the Delimitation Commission notifies the general public as follows:
