The Election Commission of Bhutan would like to notify the general public that with full respect to Kaja the interpretation letter No.: Ngon Tho (54)-2016/1651 dated 15th of August 2016 on the Writ No.: Ngon Tho (54)-2016/1561 dated 5th of August 2016 from the Supreme Court of Bhutan, this notification is being issued in continuation to the earlier notification No. ECB/NOTIF-01/2016/193 dated 9th of August 2016 under the Sections 34, 35(g), 36(g) and 197 of the Election Act of the Kingdom of Bhutan.
