A team of 15 officials from the Dzongkhag Election Offices and the Election Commission of Bhutan are in Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam, The Netherlands for training on Mapping, GIS operations and Fundamentals as Election Management tools.
They will also be visiting the Electoral Council, The Netherlands’ Cadastre, Land Registry, Statistical Bureau and Mapping Agency and making a study visit to the capital of Germany on 21st and 22nd of November 2015.
The program started from 16th of November 2015 and will end on 28th of November 2015.
